Ascendant HR will calculate and track all of your companies paid time off. This includes Vacation, Sick, Bereavement, Holiday, and Personal Days. Again, Ascendant HR is flexible. We allow clients to accrue PTO by date of hire or by calendar year. The accrual method can be by payroll, by month, or by year. Clients can choose to roll over unused PTO.

Employees can see their PTO on their check stub or they can log on to the Employee Section of this website to see a full report of all PTO taken by date and the amount still available. The employee can also see the value of the time off provided by the employer in the Employee Compensation Review On-line.
